By renting from us, you consent to this monitoring.

• Insurance providers
• Law enforcement (if required)
• Payment processors
• Collection agencies (for unpaid balances)

We do not sell personal data.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your data.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.

By renting a vehicle, you agree to the following:

• Must be 21+ 
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record (subject to approval)
• Approved for gig platform use

• Rentals are billed weekly.
• Payment is due in advance.
• Late payments may result in repossession.

• Deposit may be used for:
  
  • Damages
  • Cleaning fees
  • Tickets/tolls
  • Unpaid rental charges

Vehicle may NOT be used for:

• Racing
• Towing 
• Off-road use
• Unauthorized drivers
• Illegal activity

Only approved drivers may operate the vehicle.

• Unlimited mileage for gig use only

Renter must:

• Check oil and fluids
• Report warning lights immediately
• Not ignore mechanical issues

Failure to report problems may result in liability.

In the event of an accident:

• Notify us immediately
• File a police report
• Provide photos and documentation

Renter is responsible for:

• Insurance deductible
• Damage not covered by insurance

Renter must:

• Maintain active insurance
• Provide proof of coverage
• List company as additional insured (if required)

If insurance lapses, rental may be terminated immediately.

Late returns may result in:

• Additional weekly charges
• Daily penalty fees
• Repossession

We may terminate rental immediately for:

• Nonpayment
• Reckless driving
• Insurance lapse
• Violation of terms

Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the company from claims arising from vehicle use.

• Cancel 48+ hours before pickup: Full refund

• Weekly rentals are non-refundable once the week has started.
• Early returns do not qualify for prorated refunds.

• Deposits are returned within _3_ business days after:
  
  • Vehicle inspection
  • Toll/ticket review
  • Damage assessment

If rental is terminated for violation:

• No refund
• Deposit may be forfeited
• Additional charges may apply.
